Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls
- Addressing customer queries
- Resolving customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
- Age: 18 – 35 years
- Communication: Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably in UK-based companies
- Salary: Rs45,00 including incentives up to Rs15,00
- Medical insurance provided
Shifts: Rotational for males; mornings only for females. Work from home available after probation.
