Job Description
As a Call Center Agent at Caps IT Solutions, you will be responsible for conducting cold calls to potential international clients across the US, UK, and Australian markets. Your main goal will be to promote our extensive range of services, including web and mobile app development, cloud solutions, UI/UX design, and digital marketing.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling or B2B sales, demonstrate excellent English communication skills, and have a basic understanding of web/app development and digital marketing principles.
