Job Description
IT GENICS is looking for a proactive Call Center Agent to generate leads through cold calling during specified business hours. In this role, you will showcase our digital marketing services to potential clients and assist in scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients.
- Assess client needs and qualify leads.
- Keep precise records of all interactions.
- Meet call volume and appointment-setting targets.
Requirements: Prior experience in cold calling is preferred. Strong communication skills and availability during calling hours are essential.
