Job Description

Join our team at Moldech as a Call Center Agent! You will be responsible for understanding our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients. You’ll identify potential clients, manage the sales cycle, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. This role involves preparing presentations and handling administrative sales tasks.

Qualifications: Proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong technical background are required. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is preferred. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office is necessary.
