Job Description
Muasa Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
Responsibilities: Make outbound calls, assist customers, resolve inquiries, and maintain records. Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet call targets.
Requirements: Call center experience preferred, strong English skills, and basic computer knowledge. Timings: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs75,00.00/month | Location: In-person.
