Job Description
NEWGENS SOLUTIONS is seeking motivated and compassionate Call Center Agents for our ACA Campaign. You will assist individuals with their healthcare options under the Affordable Care Act, providing accurate information and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls about the Affordable Care Act and health insurance options.
- Provide information on ACA eligibility, enrollment periods, and plan details.
- Assist clients with applications and the enrollment process.
- Document interactions in our CRM system.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
Location: Rawalpindi (Preferred) | Experience: 2 years in a call center (Preferred)
