Job Description
Riz Solutions, located in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, is seeking experienced Inbound Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for a UK-based taxi company. This position requires working from our office in Soan Gardens.
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls and booking taxi services.
- Providing price quotations and responding to client inquiries via email and live chat.
- Dispatching jobs and fostering a positive brand image.
Requirements: Fluent English, 2+ years of call center experience, and familiarity with taxi dispatch software.
Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month, with full-time and part-time options.
