Overview:
Arfa Karim Technology Incubator is seeking friendly, detail-oriented Call Center Agents to join our student services team. As the first point of contact for prospective and current students, you will assist with inquiries and guide them through our academic programs. You will focus on providing helpful information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every student interaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month + Commission.
Requirements include a high school diploma, previous call center experience, strong communication skills, and basic computer proficiency.
