Job Description
AK Graphic is on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven Call Center Agents to join our night shift team in Gulberg II, Lahore. In this vital role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, provide product information, and assist customers while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming customer calls and inquiries
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads
- Deliver accurate information on products and services
- Maintain and update customer records in our systems
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- 2-3 months of experience preferred (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
