Job Description
Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Call Center Closer to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will support our customers through outbound calls, addressing inquiries professionally while resolving issues effectively. You will maintain accurate records in our CRM system and perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in customer service and possess strong communication skills. Proficiency with CRM software and flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary; additional customer service education is a plus.
