Job Description

We are seeking a motivated individual to handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about our products and services. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and efficiently documenting interactions. You will also resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements: Fluency in English, previous call center experience preferred, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. Must be willing to work night shifts (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM).
