Job Description
We are looking for a Male Customer Order Confirmation & Data Entry Representative to join SAPH Solutions. You will play a crucial role in our team by ensuring smooth order processing. Your primary responsibilities will include calling customers for order confirmations, verifying shipping addresses, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm COD orders and verify shipping details.
- Provide excellent customer support to enhance satisfaction.
- Address customer objections and encourage order completion.
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage order records and update customer information.
