Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our call center team at Crossnotch Firm. The QA Specialist will monitor and evaluate call center agents’ performance to ensure compliance with company policies and service quality standards. This critical role drives continuous improvement by identifying coaching opportunities and providing constructive feedback.
