Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Receive and confirm customer orders over the phone with accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer Support: Address inquiries about product offerings, promotions, order statuses, and delivery times.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Dispatch Coordination: Collaborate with the delivery team to monitor order dispatches and ensure timely updates for customers.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Crumble’s menu and promotions to assist customers accurately.
- Closing Tasks: Help with closing tasks, including tracking orders and providing reports to management.
