Job Description
SAFA WORLDWIDE is currently looking for enthusiastic English speakers to provide assistance to existing mobile phone customers on the O2 network regarding their contract upgrades. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Your primary responsibilities will include reaching out to customers with upcoming contract expirations, assessing their mobile usage requirements, and facilitating the signing of new contracts.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 11 PM, and Saturday from 3 PM to 9 PM.
