Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct calls to clients to gather feedback.
- Execute follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction.
- Document and report client interactions and responses.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is required; strong communication abilities and customer service experience are preferred.
