Job Description
Growmore Call Centre is actively seeking motivated individuals to fill the position of Call Center Sales Agent. This full-time position requires night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM, with weekends off. Applicants can expect a competitive salary ranging from Rs 50,00 to Rs 80,00 per month, complemented by commission opportunities based on experience.
Requirements:
- Prior experience with Xfinity and Spectrum sales campaigns.
- A background in inbound sales or call center settings is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries related to billing and service challenges.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate problems as needed.
- Educate customers about available products while maintaining accurate records.
