Job Description
Perfect Group is seeking a dedicated Call Center Specialist to effectively handle both inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, demonstrate patience, and have a knack for solving problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage a high volume of customer calls.
– Actively listen to customer issues and offer effective solutions.
– Follow communication scripts and adhere to company procedures.
– Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions.
– Meet individual and team goals for customer satisfaction.
– Escalate complex matters when necessary.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
– Basic computer skills with knowledge of CRM systems.
– Fluent in English.
