Role Overview: We are currently looking for a Call Center Team Lead to oversee daily BPO operations. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional team performance and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities: You will supervise call center agents, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs), manage escalations, and provide coaching to team members.
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a minimum of 1 year of team lead experience within a BPO environment, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and hold a Bachelor’s degree.
