Job Description
We are a USA-based Call Center company seeking a seasoned Call Center Team Lead to oversee our outbound sales team and drive successful deal closures. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience leading outbound call center teams, specifically for USA/UK campaigns.
As a Team Lead, you will guide and mentor your team, ensuring they achieve performance targets while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and company standards. Your responsibilities will include hiring and training staff, reporting on team performance, and fostering a positive work environment.
