Job Description
Join Crossnotch Firm as a Call Center Team Lead for the night shift! In this role, you will lead and manage a remote team of call center agents, ensuring they meet performance KPIs. Your responsibilities include coaching team members, resolving escalated issues, and preparing performance reports. We require candidates with a minimum of 3 years experience in a call center supervisory role.
