True Analyst is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Call Center Team Lead to join our Rawalpindi office. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be fluent in English, and have a proven track record of closing sales.
As a Team Lead, you will manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet performance targets while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include training, monitoring call quality, and implementing sales strategies.
Requirements: 4-6 years of sales-oriented call center experience, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in CRM tools.
Salary: Rs70,00 to Rs80,00 per month + Commission. Full-time position.
