Job Description
Excel Solutions is seeking a dynamic Call Centre Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and promote our products effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
- Utilize professional phone etiquette during interactions.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Upsell products or services to enhance sales revenue.
Requirements: Proficiency in English, excellent communication and data entry skills.
