Job Description
Superior Tech Solutions is seeking experienced call center agents with outstanding communication skills for a full-time position on the night shift from 6 PM to 3 AM, including a one-hour break. Candidates must be able to work the night shift.
Role Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers providing information on products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries while following company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of records.
- Identify sales opportunities and develop potential accounts.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- One year of call center and cold calling experience (preferred)
Salary is competitive, ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month with uncapped commissions.
