Job Description
The Hashmanis Group of Hospitals is inviting applications for the role of Call Centre Representative. We are looking for a committed individual who holds a Bachelor’s degree and has 1-2 years of relevant experience in a call center setting to support our customer service team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center
- Work hours: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
- Location: Numaish, Head Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls
- Handle inbound calls
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Address customer inquiries professionally
