Job Description
Location: Lahore (On-site)
Reports To: Call Center Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Osynix is seeking an experienced, fluent English Call Center Representative for night shifts. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
– Resolve customer queries and document interactions.
– Identify customer needs and suggest solutions.
Key Requirements:
– High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).
– 1-2 years of call center experience.
– Fluent in English with strong listening skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
