Job Description
Grand City is seeking dedicated Call Centre Representatives to manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. You will address customer inquiries and complaints, provide information about our products and services, and maintain accurate customer records. We value individuals who can resolve issues empathetically.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or high school degree in commerce, language, or sales, with proven customer service experience. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential.
Full-time position; salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00/month. In-person work required.
