Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Call Quality Agent to join our team at Recruitment Empire. The candidate will conduct English language assessments, monitor daily call quality, and coach staff to enhance their English skills. Responsibilities include providing customer service training specific to UK culture and ensuring quality assurance of transcribed files.
Qualifications: graduate degree, 4-5 years of English teaching experience (preferably related to IELTS and Cambridge exams), relevant certifications, and proficiency in written and spoken English.
Location: DHA1, Sector F, Rawalpindi. Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM. Benefits include health insurance and career development opportunities.
