Job Description
Join our team at Ruba Digital as a Calling Executive! In this role, you will oversee the recovery of overdue balances by liaising closely with customers. Key responsibilities include initiating outbound and inbound calls to confirm customer balances, promoting customer retention, and addressing receivable-related queries.
Additionally, you will document findings according to standard procedures, escalate issues when necessary, and provide regular reports to management.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs48,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month. The application deadline is November 15, 2024.
