Job Description
South Punjab Hospital Multan seeks a proactive Canteen Manager to oversee daily canteen operations, ensuring hygiene, food quality, and timely service to patients, staff, and visitors. Duties include supervising kitchen and service teams; coordinating menus with dietitians; managing inventory, procurement, budgeting, and waste reduction; handling cash and digital transactions; maintaining equipment; keeping accurate records; and addressing feedback promptly.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, at least one year of food-service management experience (healthcare preferred), strong leadership and organizational skills, and knowledge of food safety and hospital dietary standards. This is a full-time, on-site position.
