Job Description
Smart Placement is seeking a dedicated Cash and Accounts Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Balancing cash received versus the system report
- Clearing cash collection reports on a regular basis
- Preparing deposit slips for Wackenhut
- Ensuring timely cash deposits to the bank
- Maintaining checks and balances on branch expenses
- Preparing expense vouchers punctually
- Clearing deposit reports by branch
- Properly checking currency notes
