Job Description
We are seeking a Casting Manager to lead casting operations at our Faisalabad (FSD) ceramics plant. The role oversees process control, quality, productivity, SOP and safety compliance, cross-department coordination, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimum: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Ceramics, or related field.
- Experience: 6–8 years in ceramics/tiles manufacturing with strong casting process expertise.
- Proven leadership and team management skills; full-time, on-site position.
