Job Description
Shafaq n Kami is on the lookout for a motivated and dynamic Team Lead to oversee and support our Customer Support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to meet performance targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive coaching.
- Address escalations and ensure swift resolutions.
- Introduce innovative ideas to enhance operational efficiency.
- Exemplify professionalism and uphold company values.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, fluency in English and Urdu, 3-4 years of leadership experience, and exceptional communication skills.
