Job Description
The Content Factory is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Dispute/Chargeback Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will handle and resolve payment disputes and chargebacks, serving as the first line of defense for our organization. Your expertise will play a critical role in safeguarding our revenue while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and manage the chargeback lifecycle across various card networks.
- Analyze transaction data to build robust representment cases.
- Monitor dispute trends and identify potential fraud issues.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs200,00.00 – Rs300,00.00 per month | Work Location: In-person
