Job Description
Firm Tech Services is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Chat Support Agents to enhance our team in Gulberg, Lahore. In this role, you will identify customer needs, provide assistance with our service features, and collect valuable feedback to communicate with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and guide them with specific features.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to internal departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills are essential.
