Job Description
We are a leading INBOUND Customer Service Provider servicing clients across the US, Canada, and Europe. Our operations run 24/7, and we are seeking dedicated individuals with prior inbound customer service representative (CSR) experience, particularly from US or UK campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls.
- Efficiently manage service inquiries and complaints.
- Engage in training sessions and team meetings.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance support.
- Demonstrate flexibility in shift scheduling to maintain continuous coverage.
