Job Description
Join our dynamic team at Prima Systems as a Chat Support Executive! You will be responsible for providing prompt responses to customer inquiries through chat and email, documenting questions and solutions, and developing customer service strategies while maintaining our service levels.
Job Specifications:
- Intermediate level or above
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Flexibility and a customer-centric attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Shift timings: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM or 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Pay: Rs 40,00.00 – Rs 55,00.00 per month
