Job Description
Prima Systems is looking for a dedicated Chat Support Executive to respond to customer inquiries via chat and email. Your role will involve documenting questions and solutions while developing effective customer service strategies. Requirements include intermediate English skills, excellent communication abilities, MS Office proficiency, and a customer-centric attitude.
We offer a full-time position with a salary range of Rs40,00.00 to Rs55,00.00. Preference is given to candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of chat support experience.
