Job Description
CONNECT COMMUNICATION is in search of a dedicated Chat Support Representative to effectively manage client interactions via Facebook Messenger. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through chat communication.
Job Timings: Monday to Saturday, with shifts available from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM and 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Candidates must be flexible to work either shift.
The ideal candidate should possess strong written communication skills in English and have a basic understanding of Facebook Messenger. Prior experience in online customer support is preferred.
Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month.
