Job Description
REDot Studios invites applications for a full-time on-site Chat Support Representative at our Khayaban-e-Amin Lahore office. Only Lahore-based candidates will be considered.
- Handle live chat, record interactions, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Recommend solutions, proactively engage potential customers online, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Escalate complex cases and maintain current product knowledge.
Requirements: Intermediate or higher education, strong computer literacy, excellent written English, confidence in online outreach, and a goal-driven mindset. Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus.
