Job Description
SKIN XPERTS is on the lookout for a committed Chat Support Representative to enhance our customer service team. The right candidate will be responsible for providing crucial information to new customers, addressing complaints, and conducting follow-ups through phone and email communication. You will also inform customers about our additional products and services and collaborate with various departments to ensure inquiries are resolved efficiently.
Office Location: Gulistan e Jauhar Block 15, near Continental Bakery (11 AM – 8 PM)
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Basic Salary of Rs 30,00 (Fixed) + Sales Commission (Variable), with potential earnings ranging from Rs 30,00 to Rs 45,00 per month.
