Job Description
The Skin Xperts is looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and drive sales through WhatsApp. Ideal candidates will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, hold at least an intermediate education or higher, and be fluent in Urdu, with a working proficiency in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and requests via WhatsApp.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Confirm orders and provide timely status updates.
- Drive sales by promoting products to customers.
Qualifications:
- Education: Intermediate or higher
- Languages: Fluent in Urdu, and intermediate proficiency in English
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
