Job Description
Join PIB Consultants as a Client Coordinator and be the primary point of contact for our valued clients. In this full-time position, you will address inquiries, provide service updates, and ensure alignment between clients and internal teams. Your relationship-building skills will help tailor solutions and gather feedback for improvement.
Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, maintaining records, preparing reports, assisting in contract renewals, and resolving client complaints.
