Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager (Preferably Female) to join Rozi Academy. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts with professionalism.
- Enhance client retention and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients.
Required Skills:
- A Levels Education Background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in CRM tools
- 2 years of experience managing international clients (Required)
