Job Description
Spell Engineering seeks a full-time Client Success Representative to work on-site during the night shift (6:00 PM–3:00 AM). The role involves outbound calls to US-based contractors to introduce pre-construction estimation services, qualify leads, maintain CRM records, follow up to ensure conversion, and coordinate with sales and estimating teams.
- Preferred: B2B sales or outbound calling experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Required skills: strong verbal communication, confidence engaging decision-makers, English proficiency; familiarity with the US construction industry is a plus
- Compensation: Rs45,00–Rs80,00/month; in-person role
