Job Description

We are currently in search of an experienced Client Support Representative to join our team onsite in Lahore, supporting a UK-based facility management company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering voice support to British clients, handling calls with professionalism, documenting client inquiries accurately, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications include a minimum of 1 year of call center experience, exceptional English communication skills, and the ability to work UK shifts.
Compensation ranges from Rs80,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month. This is a full-time, in-person position.
