Job Description
Job Summary: We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Representative to join our team at Infiniti Software. As the first point of contact for incoming client queries, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, manage onboarding, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming client queries on Fiverr.
- Guide clients through onboarding and send project quotes.
- Maintain client communication and address concerns.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services.
