Job Description

The Resource Management BPO is currently in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Call Center Closer. In this pivotal role, you will interact with pre-qualified leads, conduct persuasive sales conversations, and successfully close deals. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are crucial for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with pre-qualified leads while delivering persuasive sales pitches.
  • Effectively handle objections and negotiate to secure sales.
  • Establish trust with potential clients and follow up with undecided leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or customer service.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or telesales.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills are essential.
