Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator experienced in lathe and milling operations. The successful candidate will set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components, maintain quality standards, and meet production schedules.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Set up machines, adjust tooling and parameters, and perform routine maintenance
- Conduct inspection and quality checks on finished parts
- Troubleshoot process issues and suggest improvements
Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, vocational CNC training and hands-on experience. Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills required.
