Join Digitech Outsourcing Solution as a Cold Outreach Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads by identifying potential property owners and landlords through platforms like Zillow. Your primary tasks will include initiating outreach, scheduling meetings with the CEO, and managing follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Conduct searches for rental properties on Zillow.
- Cold Outreach: Engage landlords through phone calls, emails, and texts.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate property suitability and landlord interest.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange appointments with the CEO.
- Follow-Up: Cultivate leads to increase conversion rates.
- CRM Management: Record interactions using CRM systems.
